The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Umbria, and the staff treated us with great kindness and attention.

The buildings have been restored meticulously and tastefully. La Canonica is a very warm and charming place with amazing views of Todi and the Umbrian countryside. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. It's not a super Luxe hotel, but it's not meant to be. I felt like I was staying at a friend's wonderful countryhouse and that's exactly what I was looking for. Staff is very friendly. I'd love to go back.

We loved the staff and the service. Everyone was so helpful and did anything to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We even had sparkling wine in our room when we arrived. We also loved that we could stay on site for a beautiful dinner while our baby slept in our suite - our baby monitor reached the dining area. It is a fantastic place to stay for families. Gorgeous view, gorgeous food, gorgeous location. We just loved it!

Our family with children had a delightful stay surrounded by nature at this peaceful countryside retreat. The garden suite had a lovely view of the lush greenery and the breakfast spread was decent. The friendly staff were always there to assist and the pool area was a highlight. We enjoyed wandering through the beautiful gardens and exploring the local area.

The limited dinner menu was not up to par with the regional cuisine we had been hoping for.

Beautiful scenery, good food and helpful staff. Great place to relax and enjoy the view. The pool is clean and the loungers are comfortable. The hotel is situated in the countryside, which makes it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was of good quality.

The price of the food and drinks was high and not worth it. Some of the dishes served during dinner were mediocre.
